After a short trip to Costa Rica (NOT) I arrived Sunday to Pasadena for my Sunday Sushi clinic at 6PM.Drove to Las Vegas(4 hours) to join my U15 FC Barcelona Boys .We had a 7AM game wake up call was at 5AM.The word in Vegas is HOT and it was.The team is staying at the world famous SOUTH POINT resort.

We will play Oregon on Friday in the quarters at 9AM.

I was able to meet my former players at the Venetian casino.Tommaso is a chef at Valentio and he prepared a special dinner for danielle Bitonti(Cal State Fullerton) and Mereeka (PCC).

The U13 girls will scrimmage Hawaii Bulls today at 5PM and I will head back to Vegas for our Friday game.

I will be in England/Scotland July 12th-27th.I will visit Croatia(Davor Fabulich) for a few days and Corsica.(Andree Antonnini).

Costa Rica fitness camp August 1-6.Women only.You will need a passport.

Summer camps(31st annual) begin June 27th at Victory park 9AM (5 sessions)

Magic Berenji(our team manager) did all the work from reservations to meals,sponsorships,bananas you name it.Coaches Franco Marco and Ed Manvelyan.The boys were able to visit SMU(Southern Methodist University)in Dallas and its athletic fields also the Kennedy memorial.The team won two games and los two.The Einchtracht Franfurt team was a bit older and stronger and we did learn a few things.We missed our national player (U17 US National team)Eder on the left side.We are now preparing for the Southern California Natioal Cup coming up this month.Thanks to all of our sponsors.All 4 FC barcelona teams made it out of group play.The U12 lost in the finals(PK's) and the U14 lost in PK's in the quarters.Our U16 lost in the semis.

ll of our teams the under 12 boys/14/15 and 16 boys FC Barcelona USA teams advanced to the quarters at the Dallas Cup.
The U12/14 and 15 will play tomorrow Thursday at 4PM at the Pizza Soccer Park in Frisco,Texas.You can look up the teams on the cup webpage. www.dallascup.com .
My U15 team won today 3-0 over Brujas Ezcasu from Costa Rica.They will face a very strong team in the quarters. Eintracht Franfurt from Germany at 4PM.Wish us luck as always.The boys defeated Michigan also 3-2.
We are visiting SMU (Southern Methodist University) tomorrow on a shrt tour to see the soccer complex.Yesterday they visited the Kennedy center and downtown area.
The Super group will feature Real Madrid vs S.Paulo and Chelsea vs Southampton.Should be fun on Friday at the stadium.I am on my cell if you need to talk.

It has been a week since I visited(London/Newcastel) Belfast(Northern Irelnad) and Dublin (Ireland) that I find myself on the road once again.

Real Madrid from Spain and Chelsea from England will battle it out in the Super Group.

This will be my 10th Dallas Cup.We reached the finals and semis but never won the big one.We played West Ham United/National team of Japan/Tigres/UNAM/Chivas/Venezuela/Monterey/Tigres/Linz from Austria/Necaxa/La Liga from Costa Rica/River Plate in the Super Group.

Our under 15 team will play the Dallas Texans,Michigan and Escazu Brujas from Costa Rica. Eder will not play in the dallas Cup.he was called up for the US under 17 team that will play in Jamaica for the World Cup qualifier.

Hello everyone. What a fortnight!!!. My 16th annual women soccer tour to London and Newcastle went very well.We had a wonderful time playing and touring.The team played very well.We tied the senior Millwall team 1-1 in London and lost to the Newcastle senior team 5-2 and came back to South London to defeat Cystal Palace 5-1.We also attended the Newcastle 0/Charlton 2 pro game in London.We had a night out at the Hard Rock Cafe.Alina( from Crescenta Valley) our guide was very helpful and hosted 3 players.The weather was smashing (lots of sun) .

I took a few days when the team returned home to visit Belfast,Northern Ireland and took a train from there to Dublin,Ireland.Loved both countries.Ireland takes Euros and Belfast Pounds.Confusing at times.I was able to tour the countryside in Ireland and I recommended to anyone.Breathtaking with lots of history.I was bale to have dinner with a friend I met in 1998 in France at the World Cup Liam Mcabe and family.

I had a huge wedding to attend on Saturday.Meg Mcherran now Hopper.got married and the USC marching band showed up.Why me???I still put on a show on the dance floor.

Eder Arreola U15 FC BARECLONA USA played the last 15 minutes vs El Salvador in Florida with the US World Cup U17 team.The US national team defeated Ecuador 3-1.he i in resindency in Florida and will attend practice today before heading to Europe.

Ayana Sumiyasu was selected to a two week camp with the Japanese national youth team.She is attending Flintridge Prep and will start Yale in the fall.

Norm Jackson R.I.P.He was my coach in 1975 USSF License in San Francisco.We stayed in touch while he was coaching El Camino College.Wonderful man.

I TOOK A CITY TOUR OF BELFAST TODAY.I THINK I AM THE ONLY TOURIST IN TOWN.SNOW IS FALLING AND I AM FREEZING.DID ALL QUARTERS OF THIS DIVIDED CITY AND WHERE THE TITANIC WAS BUILT.THEIR IS A BIG DIVIDE BETWEEN THE PROTESTANTS AND CATHOLIC BUT IT IS MORE BETWEEN IRISH AND ENGLISH SIMPLE AS THAT.SCARY PLACES WITH PEACE WALLS AND DIVISIONS.LOTS OF SECURITY AND IT WAS NOT SAFE TO VISIT A FEW YEARS AGO.SEE YOU SOON.

We finished our tour with a solid win over Crystal Palace 5-1 and a tie with Milllwall senior team.Lost to Newcastle senior 5-2 after a long journey to the north of England.Cheers mates. The team visited St James Park and all the London attractions.Big Ben/Westminster/Buckingham Palace and all the fun districts. We own the underground. The team heads back on the 19th.
