This years Girls U15 side decided to show everyone how the League Cup can be won. They did it the hard way, BACK-TO-BACK.

Sainz Of Life: Goalie's Penalty Kick Save Helps Men's Soccer To 2nd Round Playoff OT Win

It was the save that saved the Pasadena City College men's soccer season. Tied 2-2 in injury time, Jorge Sainz, the Lancers' freshman goalie, made a diving stop on a penalty kick by LA Harbor's Alex Chavez. Sparked by the game-saving play, PCC scored two goals in the 30-minute overtime period to pull out a 4-2 win in the second round of the Southern California Regional Playoffs played Tuesday night at East Los Angeles College.

CZ Elite started the 2008 fall campaign as a new club of thirteen teams full of heart and ambition.

The Far West Regional Finals have finished. Both, the Girls U14 and Boy U16 made it into the knock-out rounds.

Years come and years go, and some years are simply made to remember. 2008 is lining up to be one of those years for CZ Elite SC. Aside from a name change, all of the elite teams are marching on to National and possibly International glory.
