Another year, another Dallas Cup for CZ Elite. For some sides, just making the Dr. Pepper Dallas Cup would be a great honor for the Club. For CZ Elite, the boys side strive for, and make it year after year.
Pasadena's Yura Movsisyan scored his first goal for Armenia's national team Tuesday, netting the opener in a 2-2 draw with Macedonia in a 2012 European Championship qualifier in Yerevan, the Armenian capital.
Movsisyan, who starred at Pasadena High School and Pasadena City College, was making his third appearance for Armenia, to which he pledged his international future last month. After 3 years at Real Salt Lake, Yura last winter, left to join Danish club Randers.
After his first two matches for Russian Premire League side FC Krasnodar, Yura Movsisyan faced the Russian National Team in a EURO 2012 group qualifying match. Yura, a CZ Elite Alum has worked hard and is now enjoying international success. He has already scored his fist goal in the Russian Premiere League.
FC Krasnodar has moved to quickly to bolster its ranks since admitted into the Rosgosstrakh Championship of Russia with the signing of Armenian international Yura Movsisyan.
The 2009/2010 campaign for the club resulted in Coast League Cup championships, Nation Cup championships, the crowning of a National Champion and all under the guidence of the Nike Competitive Coach of the Year, Cherif Zein.
